Self-Screening Tool

The Irys COVID-19 Web Application allows users to complete a COVID-19 self-screening survey, which will help users to determine whether they may be exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

Users will be provided with guidance and resources based on their survey outcome results and can download and print a PDF of their survey results to bring to their healthcare provider.

Within the Report Price Gouging module, users can report instances of price gouging in the community by selecting from a list of product or service categories (such as: selling or leasing fuel, food, or medicine), indicating their location, providing a description of the issue, uploading a picture, and submitting their report from their device.

Report Social Gatherings

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, many cities currently have orders in place restricting the number of people that can be gathered together during the pandemic.

Within the Report Social Gathering module, users can report instances of social or recreational gatherings, by reporting the number of people gathered, indicating their location, providing a description of the issue, uploading a picture, and submitting their report from their device.
